5 Cara Pakar Gunakan Untuk Dapatkan Pelanggan ‘Repeat Order’

Untuk kembangkan lagi bisnes anda ke tahap lebih tinggi, anda perlu dapatkan pelanggan baru.. tapi jangan abaikan pelanggan sedia ada, tidak kira betapa kecil mereka. Mereka inilah yang dapat membantu bisnes anda untuk berkembang maju.

Menjual pada pelanggan yang pernah membeli dari anda lebih MUDAH dan MURAH daripada menjual pada pelanggan baru. Selepas anda sudah jual sesuatu produk kepada pelanggan, anda sudah dapatkan kepercayaan dari mereka.

Mereka berikan wang pada anda kemudian anda selesaikan masalah mereka.. tapi, itu tak bermakna mereka akan membuat repeat order dari anda lagi, kerana kemungkinan besar mereka akan melupakan anda dan membuat pembelian dari penjual lain.

Di sini saya kongsikan 7 cara dapatkan pelanggan untuk buat ‘repeat order’ dari anda.

#1: Jenis Produk

Jenis produk sangat mempengaruhi pelanggan untuk buat repeat order. Antara jenis produk yang mempunyai repeat order adalah produk servis dan makanan.

Kenapa produk jenis ini boleh galakkan pelanggan untuk buat repeat order?

Sebabnya..

Untuk produk makanan seperti produk kek, produk bina badan dan produk kecantikkan.. ia mempunyai kuantiti yang terhad. Apabila habis dimakan, pelanggan perlu membeli produk ini sekali lagi. Jika pelanggan suka dengan produk tersebut, mereka akan beli lagi berkali-kali.

Untuk produk servis pula, ia mempunyai margin keuntungan lebih tinggi berbanding produk makanan.. tapi ia memerlukan kemahiran tertentu untuk tawarkan produk jenis servis.

Contohnya, anda mempunyai kemahiran untuk buat minisite/blog, anda boleh tawarkan servis membina minisite/blog. 1 minisite/blog, anda boleh cas antara RM500 hingga RM1000.. mengikut pakej yang anda sediakan.

Apa yang anda perlu buat adalah berikan support yang terbaik untuk pelanggan anda. Ini dapat menarik mereka untuk sentiasa membeli dari anda.

#2: Bina Database

Salah satu cara untuk terus berhubung dengan pelanggan anda adalah melalui senarai emel atau nombor telefon. Dengan membina database, mudah untuk anda tawarkan maklumat seperti aktiviti syarikat, atau menawarkan maklumat eksklusif mengenai promosi khas yang akan datang.

Anda perlu sentiasa jaga dan bina hubungan dengan database anda. Jangan hantar emel promosi sahaja, hantar juga emel berunsurkan perkongsian. Hantar sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali seminggu.

#3: Group Support

Bina group support untuk kumpulkan semua pembeli produk anda. Dalam group tersebut, sediakan ruang untuk pelanggan bertanya sebarang soalan jika mereka ada sebarang masalah semasa menggunakan produk anda.

Jika pelanggan anda bertanya, anda perlu RESPONS dengan segera. Pelanggan suka jika anda jawab soalan mereka dengan PANTAS. Jangan biarkan pelanggan tunggu lama-lama, nanti mereka akan cari penjual lain.. mereka sudah tak setia dan percaya dengan anda lagi.

Group Support

Anda juga boleh bina satu group untuk kumpulkan prospek dan satu lagi group untuk kumpulkan pelanggan.

Dalam group prospek, anda boleh educate mereka mengenai produk yang anda jual. Terangkan apa manfaat dan kelebihan produk anda yang boleh membantu menyelesaikan masalah mereka. Dalam group pelanggan pula, anda boleh beri tawaran eksklusif yang prospek tak boleh dapat.

#4: Bina Tawaran Eksklusif Untuk Pelanggan Anda

Di bawah saya berikan 2 jenis tawaran yang pastinya pelanggan anda nak;

1) Tawarkan pelanggan jadi AGEN produk anda

Selepas pelanggan membuat pembelian dari anda, cuba hubungi dan tawarkan pada mereka untuk menjadi agen kepada produk anda. Ini dapat memudahkan kerja anda, biar agen yang lakukan pemasaran untuk anda.. anda pula fokus pada customer support.

Selepas pelanggan anda menjadi agen, jangan biarkan mereka seorang diri..

Ini antara perkara yang anda perlu buat;

  • Sediakan tool pemasaran secukupnya seperti ayat iklan, gambar iklan dan testimoni pengguna.
  • Ajar mereka cara promosikan produk menggunakan fbads, blog, minisite dan lain-lain.
  • Berikan komisyen yang lumayan pada agen-agen anda, minimum 50%.
  • Buat cabaran sales tertinggi setiap bulan, paparkan carta jualan agen-agen di fb group,  sediakan hadiah yang lumayan supaya agen berebut-berebut untuk dapatkan hadiah tersebut.

Latih agen anda supaya aktif dalam mempromosikan produk anda. Anda perlulah bina agen dari segi kualiti, bukan dari segi kuantiti.

2) Berikan tawaran DISKAUN untuk tempoh terhad

Antara cara terbaik dan mudah untuk galakkan pelanggan buat repeat order adalah dengan memberi KUPON DISKAUN pada mereka. Khas untuk pelanggan anda sahaja. Berikan penghargaan kepada mereka melalui promosi eksklusif, anjurkan bulan penghargaan dengan memberikan diskaun sehingga 70%.

Umumkan tarikh bila offer diskaun anda dibuka, dan bila offer tersebut ditutup. Dengan cara ini, mereka akan lebih cepat bertindak untuk membeli.

#5: Teknik Referral

Anda boleh hantar emel atau SMS untuk minta pelanggan perkenalkan produk anda pada rakan-rakan mereka. Berikan mereka insentif seperti mereka akan dapat 1 produk percuma jika mereka dapatkan 1 pelanggan untuk anda.
